In Mettingen (Germany) the Amsterdam visionary Ida Peerdeman had some of het most spectacular visions of the Holy Vigin Mary.
These apparitions (as The Lady of all Nations or The Madonna of Amsterdam) are since 2002 official recorgnized by the Roman Catholic Church.
It was the mother of the late C&A president Wolf Brenninkmeyer who had the now worldwide famous painting of the apparition painted!
Only on Sunday you are allowed to visit the private chapel of the Brenninkmeyer-family.
